Ballast Protection Mats
Specially designed TRACKELAST Ballast Protection Mats are also used to increase track resilience for ballast protection purpose (predominantly high speed lines).
Typical stiffness of TRACKELAST BPM range from 0.1N/mm3 to 0.2N/mm3.
The material have passed tests with requirements formulated in EN 13481-5:2002 for 'rail fastening systems for slab track' and DIN 45673-1:2000-05 for 'elastic products in rail track'.
