Interested in a strategic B2B marketing role with global impact? That’s great — we’re expanding our Marketing team and looking for a high-impact contributor to drive our field marketing activities.

Field Marketing & Events Executive, fulltime

We’re hiring a Field Marketing & Events Executive — a creative, organized, and execution-focused professional who will own our global event portfolio. From major trade fairs to customer events and brand activations, you’ll steer the entire lifecycle: strategic planning, hands-on logistics, on-site execution, promotion, and performance evaluation.

You’ll work closely with colleagues in Sales, Marketing, Logistics, and our regional teams across India, Spain, Germany, France, and beyond to ensure every event becomes a high-value growth driver and reinforces our strategic agenda.

What will you do?
As our Field Marketing & Events Executive, you will:

  • Plan and execute global field events end-to-end (trade shows, conferences, customer events, seminars).
  • Develop strategic event proposals aligned with budgets, timelines, and commercial objectives.
  • Manage all operational logistics: booth builders, suppliers, agencies, freight, materials, and on-site coordination.
  • Ensure continuous brand consistency across every touchpoint.
  • Drive event promotion and structured post-event follow-up.
  • Measure, analyze, and report on event ROI, KPIs, and performance metrics
  • Drive alignment with all stakeholders by providing transparent communication and regular progress updates.
  • Bring fresh, innovative concepts by staying on top of industry and event-marketing trends.
  • Collaborate closely with regional sales teams to ensure events reinforce business goals.
  • Take a hands-on, problem-solving approach when needed — from preparing event kits to coordinating last-minute logistics.

This role blends strategic marketing, operational execution, and on-the-ground logistics. It’s a space where you can shape brand experiences, influence commercial outcomes, and expand your capabilities across multiple disciplines.

Who are we looking for?

  • a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management, Project Management, or a related field;
  • 3+ years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or international project coordination;
  • strong project management skills, comfortable driving multiple workstreams across time zones;
  • a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset — proactive, resourceful, and comfortable managing operational details;
  • a strong eye for brand experience, storytelling, customer journey, and visual quality to ensure our brand looks sharp across all materials, graphics, and event touchpoints;
  • experience working with budgets, KPIs, and performance reporting;
  • fluency in English; additional European languages — Dutch, Spanish, German, French — are a plus;
  • availability for international travel to support key events.

What do we offer?

  • A high-performance environment that gives you ownership, autonomy, and space to scale your impact;
  • training opportunities via our edilon)(sedra Academy and GoodHabitz platforms;
  • the opportunity to work hybrid, supported with ergonomic home-office equipment;
  • phone and laptop;
  • pension scheme;
  • bicycle lease plan;
  • 27 paid vacation days;
  • and a competitive salary.
