Michel about working at edilon)(sedra:
I joined edilon)(sedra in March 2018. I am working as the Sales Manager for Belgium and therefore the single point of contact for all Belgian customers. I have always had a deep interest in technology and a passion for public transport, which is essential for our planet’s sustainability. That is one of the reasons I love working at edilon)(sedra. Our customers vary from “De Lijn”, where we offered the rail fastening solution ERS for the “Kipdorpbrug” but we also offer solutions for the “Kusttram” and inner city projects where noise and vibration attenuation are becoming more and more important, to Infrabel where we installed ERS on 3 railway bridges over the “Albertkanaal” to diminish the risk of broken rails and continuously install Harmelen crossings. But we also play our role in industry where we design and install specialized solutions for very heavy traffic E.g., on the Arcelor Mittal site. All these projects are made as a subcontractor for the main Belgian railway installers.
Jasmin about working at edilon)(sedra:
I joined edilon)(sedra in August 2013. I am working as a Marketing Communication Assistant in our office in Wiesbaden, Germany. I really value the open and friendly work atmosphere, as well as the smooth cooperation with different departements in our offices worldwide. I have a passion for communication and it is an exciting challenge to understand and to highlight our innovative technical rail fastening systems in different ways – especially if you are not an engineer yourself. I like the variety in my job as well as the great support I experience from the edilon)(sedra team.
Juan José about working at edilon)(sedra:
I joined edilon)(sedra in May 2017. I am working as a Product Manager of our Direct Fastening System (DFS) in Madrid, Spain. My experience includes two periods: my year at the Application & Engineering department and, after two years away, I returned to edilon)(sedra Ibérica as Manager of LATAM and technician. I am an MSc Mechanical Engineer, which involves solving technical challenges, system installation, sales, developing products and of course supporting colleagues within several edilon)(sedra departments. Lately, I have participated in the installation of e.g. our DFS in Argentina or Corkelast® ERS in Santiago Bernabéu Stadium. Now I am working in the development and testing of our Corkelast® EBS-RF and new DFS track systems.
