Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for a versatile Marketing Specialist with experience in multi-channel marketing. From running digital campaigns and tracking performance to coordinating diverse marketing projects, you’ll help shape our brand presence across platforms. You’ll work closely with a team of four marketeers while taking ownership of your own initiatives.

Marketing Specialist 40 hours/week

What will you do?
As our Marketing Specialist, you’ll support a wide range of marketing activities—from digital campaigns to events and content development. You’ll help create engaging materials and campaigns across various channels, ensuring consistent messaging and execution. Using tools like Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Premiere Pro, you’ll bring ideas to life through copy, visuals, and video. Whether you’re writing, filming, or designing, you’re confident working across formats and jumping into new tasks as needed. You’ll also support the coordination of events—collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders. An analytical mindset is essential. You’ll use tools like LinkedIn Analytics and Google Analytics to monitor performance, understand audience behaviour, and continuously improve results.

Who are we looking for?
You bring:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Relevant experience in a similar marketing role
• Experience with analytical and reporting tools such as LinkedIn Analytics and Google Analytics
• Proficiency with professional design tools like Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; an additional European language is a plus
• A proactive mindset, hands-on approach, and strong organizational skills
• Based in the Netherlands and legal eligibility to work here
• Availability of 40 hours per week
