Technician / Rail Construction Supervisor, fulltime – regio of Palencia

What will you do?

We are looking for a hands-on Technician/Rail Construction Supervisor to support railway infrastructure projects across the Iberian and French region. In this role, you will supervise the installation of our rail fastening and track systems on site, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with technical specifications.

You will perform inspections based on technical drawings and documentation, monitor execution on site, and ensure that all work meets the required railway safety standards and quality requirements.

At the same time, you maintain close communication with project teams, contractors, and engineers to ensure smooth collaboration and efficient project execution.

In addition to your on-site responsibilities, you will support the preparation, development, and testing of innovative rail fastening systems in our test centre, working closely with engineers and project teams. This combination of site supervision, technical inspection, and involvement in product development makes this role especially suited for a technically skilled professional with experience in railway construction, track installation, or civil infrastructure who enjoys working both on-site and in a technical environment.

Who are we looking for?

You have:

  • Technical education such as Ciclo Formativo de Grado Medio or Título de Técnico Superior.
  • Experience in railway track construction and/or civil infrastructure projects is preferred.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and work with AutoCAD.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within Spain, Portugal, and France.
